Often times, when I’m stressed or whenever I have a lot on my mind, I’ll do one of two things:
- Go on a drive in the country
- Listen to acoustic music
Both of these do wonders for my spirit.
Way to often, I will allow stress to build up in my life and then be really irritable.
Luckily, driving and acoustic music give me the peace and calmness that I desire.

My spirit is just calmed.
Sound of an acoustic guitar is better than just about anything I can think of. The bring, briung (<- I know, really bad sound effect. What would you do?) of a guitar just puts me into such a relaxing mood.
As for driving, there is nothing like driving in the country at night (watch out for the deer). In my Civic I have a moonroof and that just makes it that much better. Being able to stare out and see the stars, the moon just makes everything that’s on my mind disappear. So peaceful 
Now, some questions for you:
- How do you release stress?
- Where do you go to “get away from it all”?

I am Ben Andrews

Actually, I’m not.
However, my good friend is.
And, he released an album by that name back in March, because, well, he is Ben Andrews.If I remember back, Ben just started playing guitar about two years ago. As with anything he does, he completely rocks at it. He picked it up real quick and seemed like he has continually gotten better.
He’s written many songs (some which….well I can’t say much more:) ) and continues to write songs. He currently has a project that he is enjoying. Maybe Ben will release those (A “Best of the Friends album” ??)
However, even if he never releases an album again (hopefully that’s not true), his first album is a collectors item
